1. Duration and deregistration

The Customer has a 2 (two) day trial period to use the Services (hereinafter the "Trial Period"). The Customer may terminate the use of the Services at the end of this Trial Period, at the latest on the 2ndème day after registration on the Site.

At the end of the Test Period, the Services will be subscribed to in the form of a subscription (hereinafter: "the Subscription").

The Subscription starts on the first billing day, as provided for in the "Financial Conditions" article, for a duration of 1 (one) month (hereinafter the "Initial Period").

At the end of the Initial Period, the Subscription is renewed tacitly, unless terminated by STACKSHIP or by the Customer at the latest 3 (three) days before the end of the Initial Period.

If the Subscription is renewed at the end of the Initial Period, it is renewed for successive periods of the same duration, unless terminated by the Customer or by STACKSHIP no later than 3 (three) days before the expiry of the relevant period.

In any case, the termination of the Subscription is done by email or by contacting the support department and takes effect at the end of the Subscription period during which the request is sent.

2. Conditions financières

2.1 Price

If at the end of the Test Phase, the Customer has unsubscribed from the Site, the Customer will only be charged the amount mentioned on the Site.

If at the end of the Test Phase, the Customer continues to use the services, he/she will have to pay the price of the Subscription as indicated on the Site.

The prices of additional documents in a dematerialized way are indicated on the Site.

Unless otherwise stated, they are expressed in Euros and include all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes).

STACKSHIP reserves the right, at its own discretion and on terms to be determined by it, to offer promotional offers or price reductions.

The applicable price is the one displayed on the Site at the time the Customer's order is registered.

2.2 Terms of payment

For the Subscription, STACKSHIP will send monthly invoices to the Customer.

For requests for additional documents, by dematerialised means, the prices will be invoiced directly in addition to the Subscription.

Invoices will be sent to the Customer by email and the Customer will be able to access them in his Personal Area.

Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, payment by the Customer shall be made by direct debit by STACKSHIP within 30 days of the date of issue of the invoice by STACKSHIP. The Customer undertakes to transmit its bank details to STACKSHIP. The direct debit is implemented by STACKSHIP's payment provider, which alone retains the Customer's bank details for this purpose. STACKSHIP does not store any bank details.

In this respect, Customers are expressly informed and accept that all payments made through the Site are managed by a payment service provider, a company approved as an electronic money institution (hereinafter "Electronic Money Institution").

Customers contract directly with the Electronic Money Institution for the implementation of these payments by accepting the Electronic Money Institution's terms and conditions by ticking a box when registering on the Site.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Electronic Money Institution's terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail.

The Customer undertakes to take the necessary steps to ensure that the Subscription price can be debited automatically.

STACKSHIP reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or shipment of documents in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the Customer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Site.

Penalties of an amount equal to 3 (three) times the French legal interest rate will be applicable by operation of law to unpaid amounts from the first presentation of a formal notice by email.
